On this month's Music Discovery I was joined in the Soho Radio studio by the producer Kloyd ahead of the release of her new EP Høurglass out June 7th on Cross Country Records.

For this month's interview I had a real legend of UK music on the show Alice Russell. She has just released a new studio album "I Am" on Tru Thoughts and is fresh from a headline show at London's Village Underground.
The album was created with some big life changes and losses in the rearview mirror for Alice, her journey into motherhood at the same time as her father passing away. She spoke so generously about grief and the themes on her most personal record yet. The album is really stunning and in this conversation from my Music Discovery programme on Soho Radio we speak about making the record, the last ten years between albums, how the music industry has changed since Alice started, whether Alice influences her children's music taste and her plans for touring I Am.
